Make checks payable to: New Carlisle Parks.
Weekly Vendor Fee: $10.00 for each Saturday.
Season Pass: $100.00 for a season pass will insure the same location throughout the market season.
Booth fees received and processed from accepted vendors are non-refundable.
Applications and booth fees must be received at least one week prior to each market date.

I have read and will comply with the rules of the The New Carlisle Market and all applicable laws. By signing, I understand that any homemade goods vendors selling items not made by them will be asked to leave the market with no refund of space and rental fees. I understand that any gardener/grower vendors selling items not listed in the original application will be asked to leave the market with no refund of space rental fees. I understand that any gardener/grower or home based food vendor will obey all prevailing St. Joseph county Health Department codes, regulations and restrictions or be asked to leave with no refund.

Release & Indemnification Agreement
|

For and in consideration of the Town of New Carlisle allowing the undersigned to participate in The
New Carlisle Market 2023, the undersigned hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and
hold harmless the Town of New Carlisle, Indiana and the New Carlisle Parks Department; their agents,
employees, and officials from any and all actions, causes and action, claims, damages, demands, judgements, executions, costs, expenses, including attorney fees, and all other claims for damages whatsoever which may hereafter be made, instituted, filed or recovered against the Town of New Carlisle, Indiana, the New Carlisle Parks Department, their agents, employees, and officials by the undersigned and any other person as the result of participation in this event.
